Advice for categorization of Bates-18670?

Question

I would like advice or may need help creating a new category for the profile of Casey Bates. The category might be named something like 1880_US_Census,_Anderson_County,_Texas

This is part of the USBH 1880 Project and there are other texas counties defined this way, just not Anderson.

Could I get help creating the new category? Or is there an existing category to use? Thank you!
