Hi Wikitreers,

I have in my vintage post card collection a post card that needs its genealogy behind the card to be discovered. 

The post card is addressed to Miss Ruth Lutton. The LNAB or maiden name for Ruth might be a mispellimg maybe alternate needs transcribing.

The writing on the card needs transcribing as I can read most of it legibly

The postage date is August 25, 1943 sent to 6 Rock Road, Mattapan, Massachusetts. I believe a suburb of Boston?

Who was Miss Ruthie Lutton? Did she marry? Do we have a 1930/1940 census of her?

Who was the sender by the name of Muriel? A friend? A Sibling?

Any collaboration is appreciated in yet another vintage post card mystery in my collection

Hi Ruthie,

There's so much doing every minute, we're forcing each other to write cards.  Have already gone riding, hiking, swimming, dancing, and just everything.

I did find a match in the 1944 directory shows she was living at 6 Rock Rd. Matappan, Mass. working as a clerk.

More research needed but this source did give a middle initial of the letter “B”

It appears it’s the same person who married Feeney
