Use of phrase "dio dodin" in parish records written in Latin [closed]

I am pondering over some Latin phrasing and wondering if it could mean that an infant died rather than was just baptised.

As yet I haven't set up a profile as there's a lot to think through with this family, not least, what surname they went by (Bruk, Bruck(s), Brook(e)(s). So have included my attempt at translation as well as attached an ancestry sharing link to the image.

In the Pateley Bridge parish records, there are three in a row in June.

Thomas filis John......do Braisly - bap - xix

Jana filia John Shattslon do Oadom - bap - dio dodoin -

Ann fillia Gull Brucks de Moorhouses - bap - xxy

I understand that dio dodoin means something like "to God" or "I give to God" It doesn't appear frequently and always next to "bap" not "sep." Which is what got me thinking about whether it meant that the child was being given straight to God ie had died before being baptised.

It's actually Ann I'm interested in, he is not in her grandfather's will and has a younger sister called Hannah/Anna, so I am pretty certain she died as a child, but it might help in some other cases

It's not "dio".  It's "die". The whole phrase is "die eodem"; "the same day" (which appears frequently in other parish registers).

Ha thanks - my inability to transcribe "e" and "d" correctly. But pleased with my guess of what it might be. Now to hunt down for other births.
