Why no Connectors' Monthly Challenge again ?

Wikitreers would like to sign up and be counted but once again no challenge G2G sign up ??

I wish this recurring problem could be fixed so that the Connectors monthly challenge runs smoothly like the other Wikitree challenges do.

I'd like to suggest an unofficial connectors' challenge 

There are numerous generational trees that are 'son of' and 'son of' and the women are generally missing - even newly created connections in America (where the LNAB of mothers/wives is recorded).

So, let's have a month of filling in the gaps with women - add those mothers and wives who have been neglected.

Did anyone else join in with this suggestion for an unofficial challenge? How did you get on this month?

For each family I've worked on, I've tried to create/connect at least two-three females for every male, and managed to solve four unknowns. A drop in the ocean I know, but more than I solved over the last three months.

Another unofficial Connector Challenge but still a Challenge is the Sports Notables International Football (Soccer) Challenge - October 2023 https://www.wikitree.com/g2g/1644967/sports-notables-international-football-challenge-october?show=1646116#a1646116

All initial 88 profiles started unconnected but, we have been able to connect some of them already.

That's official  because it is organised by the Notables project

Official challenge but not official Connector Challenge because it's not organized by the Connector project. It's however lots of connecting that is needed in the challenge.

You got my attention! I answered the G2G post so I guess I'm in :) Does that mean I joined the Notables project? Do I have to do something else?
