Howard-26681 has never existed as a real person - he was created as a fictional father by Frank Butler (1855-1922) for his bigamous marriage to Beatrice Millicent Hibberd in 1910 in Winchester, Hants, UK as Frank Howard.. If WT has a formal method for erasing erroneous records then please apply it to this profile - the only known Public Record for Ralph Greville Howard is the name entered on his illegal Marriage Certificate in 1910.

It sounds like you can document his non-existence, which would make him a candidate for Disproven Existence.  Put the write-up as to why he never existed -- with sources -- on his profile,. and then post a "Disproven Existence Notice" here on G2G.  That challenges everyone to find proof that he existed during the following week, and then he is given the Disproven Existence Status notice.  People who never existed don't have parents, spouses or children, so all connections should be changed to notes and links in the narrative, unless the other persons also never existed...
