Found Cemetery name in Categories but it won't add to my profile

I am trying to add [[Category:Hope Cemetery, Hull, Iowa]] to several profiles. I found it on the Category Cemetery list but when I type it in following the directions, it doesn't pop as a choice,  and if I hit save, nothing shows up on the profile. I have tried several times. What am I doing wrong?

Kelly, can you add a link to a profile you've tried to add it to so we can see what the problem is?

When you click on the category icon.

First enter Hope Cemetery, that will bring up all cemeteries named Hope, then Hull, and Hope Cemetery, Hull, Iowa will will be there as a choice.

Click on the cemetery name and it will be added to the profile.

Don't copy paste the cemetery name because it won't be formatted correctly.

After adding the category you have to go down to the bottom of the profile and add categorization as the reason for editing the profile, then do full save.

That should work, if it doesn't, perhaps someone else will have a better answer.

Kelly,

I copied your line [[Category:Hope Cemetery, Hull, Iowa]]

exactly as you have it and pasted it into Clifford Wayne Van Schepen (1939 - 2020) a profile you had been working on.

Worked just fine.  so you did find the right category all you needed to do was to be sure it was saved on the profile.  I do not know what went wrong,
