Orphaned profile not marked as "orphaned'

Question

The profile in question was created in 2011, with the PM not participating any longer, it appears. The status of the profile was left as 'need to be on trusted list'....I can help fill in the empty profile, but can't at this juncture. Guidance appreciated.  Many thanks.

The PM is non-participating for a while, and the profile in question needs him/her to allow others on trusted list.... Which isn't going to happen most likely. I think it needs to be marked as orphaned.

You'll need to go through the Unresponsive Profile Manager process, Ideally you should have sent a trusted list request, posted a comment on the profile and sent a pm to the profile manager. If they're very inactive I do all three at the same time, then follow the process through the Problems/Questions button.
