I gave my sister access as trusted but now she is manager and it is telling me to ask her for access when I try to use my mothers info for relationship search (when I was the one that added her info)

Just to be sure that happened you need to click the link that says to ask to be added and check to make sure your name is not there anymore. If it is missing contact your sister and see if she removed you and work it out together.

She may have removed you, probably by accident, but easy to be added back on.

Hi Kirby,

My understanding is that only a Profile Manager (or WikiTree admin), not a Trusted List member, should be able to remove a Profile Manager from a profile. So unless you made your sister a Profile Manager, she should not have been able to remove you as PM.

When I tried to view your profile (Maggard-999), I got the following:

"This is the account profile for a member of WikiTree. The profile is Unlisted, so there is no public information about the member.

Since this member has signed the Honor Code, their profile should not be Unlisted. There has been some error."

So there's definitely something going on with your profile. If you've not already done so, I'd suggest emailing info@wikitree.com with your profile ID and the ID of the profile for which you were once but are no longer a Profile Manager, describing the situation.

Were you inactive on WikiTree and/or the associated email account for a while? The reason that I ask is that one possible explanation may be that you were referred as an unresponsive PM, WikiTree admin email attempts to contact you failed, you were eventually removed as PM, and someone from the TL was made PM of that profile. That might also explain my attempt to view your profile, receiving this message "There has been some error" (since unlisted privacy is incompatible with Honor Code signer).
