Polish birth locations prior to West Prussian

I have several ancestors born prior to the West Prussian partition.  They are in several counties, Chojnice (Konitz) & Koscierzyna (Berent) for example.  I am wondering what would be the best way to write their birth location in the birth place field on their profile.   For now, I have just written the town name, Pomerania, Poland.  The area was part the Kingdom of Poland which was part of the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth so should I include more information?

I don't understand,  I thought this was the new tag for the Poland Project?
Wasn't aware of this, but according to https://www.wikitree.com/g2g/1491478/poland-country-country-surname-poland-these-changed-separate you might actually have a point.
I'm a newbie to WikiTree so it's very possible I messed it up,  but I'm pretty sure I copied it from the Poland Project page just to make sure I didn't, lol.  But, Skye, if I did it wrong, please let me know.
Poland_Europe is correct. :)  It was a recent change, so it's possible you had an old version.  My apologies for that.
