At the top of the biography, you have this:

This appeared at profile creation when the person who created the profile did so without sources. All you need to do now is delete that template. It's as simple as that. Unfortunately, these things are not automatic, but then again, we could be in all sorts of trouble if we trusted the system to check the biography for sources.
