If you open the profile in edit mode then at the top you will see {{Unsourced}} - that is what produces the box saying the profile lacks source information. Once you have added a valid source you can delete {{Unsourced}} and the box will go away. You have to delete it manually, it doesn't happen automatically when you add a source.
