Why can't I edit an open profile? [closed]

I'm still pretty new at WikiTree, so maybe I'm missing something, but this profile has a green padlock (open and public, right?) but there are no edit options on the page. Is that a glitch? Do I need to notify someone in some way, aside from this question?
