How do I download the weekly database dump?

I sent a message to Jamie Nelson nine days ago, for access to the database dump following advice at https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Help:Database_Dumps. I haven't heard back. Is this uncommon or should I wait a bit longer?

Are you a member of the WikiTree Apps project?  The page says the data dumps are available to members of the project and a few others with special permission.
