According to the vague information I received- my bio mother’s name was Michelle Kelman/Kellman. She claimed to Toronto CAS that my father resided in another province and there was no relationship. I have an older sister who was adopted out and a younger brother who apparently stayed with my mother in the early 90’s. It is unknown if the fathers are the same. My bio mother travelled back and forth from Canada and the US- speculation that she had dual citizenship. I was born at North York Hospital in Toronto on February 19, 1986. I was given the name Claire Elizabeth Kelman upon birth, but was changed when I was adopted at the age of 5. She could not care for me or my sister due to addiction issues.
According to DNA testing I have located some information from my fathers side. It appears he is a Hildreth some the Saltfleet, Ontario area.
