Hi everyone,
Technically, I made my profile some 7-8 years ago, although I didn't use it (and Wikitree in general) until the last month or so.
I've come to appreciate the way WikiTree allows profile-based writing and questions (similar to the old forums) which is something I do privately (working on some articles for publishing). I've been researching for 25+ years and am pretty advanced, so I appreciate being able to discuss and work with others who understand research and sourcing a bit more than the average ancestry users or facebook post (which isn't a dig against them, we all started somewhere)
Anyway - looking forward to connecting with everyone. I've started building/fleshing out profiles on my lines as I'm updating my own research. My primary areas of interest are Massachusetts, New Hampshire (with roots back to the 1630s in both and a handful of Mayflower lines as well), and on the other side - Sicily.
Erik
