Biography
Mary Anna Parker Early was born June 23, 1878 in Fairfield, Wayne County, IL. She was the 3 of the 4 children of George William Parker and Harriet Evaline Ullom.
Mary Anna married her husband James Early on March 12, 1897 in Fairfield, IA. Mary Anna and James were the parents of 8 children; James A Early, Edward "Eddie" Early, Delbert Early who died from injuries incurred in a motorcycle accident at the age of 16, Ester Mae Early, Laura B Early, Jeanette Evaline Early, Winnifred E Early and Frank Leslie Early.
James died on July 14, 1931 after a long illness. Mary Ann died on March 26, 1963 in Sioux City, Plymouth County, IA. She is buried in Graceland Park Cemetery, Sioux City, Woodland County, IA next to her husband of 34 years and near the son Delbert. Her memorial can be viewed at Find A Grave: Memorial #8415272 retrieved August 25, 2021.
