Find A Grave (not always correct) has her name as Chloe Osborne Anglin (suggesting a 2nd marriage). In the FAG bio, it states Chloe Langley Osborne was the daughter of Ephraim Osborne.

Update on my DNA results: Even though I am a descendant of Matthew Howard, and not Chloe's husband Sam Howard - between me and my dad, we have over 50 DNA matches each (many matching both of us) with Chloe Osborne being daughter of Ephraim Osborn (in their tree). Some of them are direct line Osbornes. Plus a bunch more that just go to Elizabeth and Ephraim. For what it's worth.

Hello! I've been analyzing my grandfather's DNA and have found a tremendous amount of evidence that Chloe is the daughter of William Anglin and Jane Unknown — I'm talking dozens, possibly even hundreds of matches that descend from Chloe. I have seen a couple of researchers who have broached this as a possibility, you can see some of the evidence compiled by another researcher called howard1069 here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1XYxz_yXzQpj03cqeds1vOkPc6A-JCLIvZnOK3bJ31DQ. Osborne-1320 and Osborne-7811 appear to represent the same person because: These look like the same person. They have the same name, the dates are close, and they both have descendants with surname Hensley.

For what it's worth... I have a Facebook group called Howard and Allied Families. For all sides of my family, but has a lot of Howards, and from 3 different lines. I am from Matthew Howard line (Howard-8458) but am getting a lot of legitimate DNA matches with the Howards from the line with Chloe Osborne/Samuel Howard.
