Biography

James, much of his parents and children's details can be found in "A Scattered People: An American Family Moves West", by Gerald W. McFarland.

In this book it states that about 20 Nov 1773 four of James Greenfield's sons - Raymond, Archibald, Enos and Bethuel moved to Little Hoosick, NY. Enos is not currently noted here as a child and should be researched. - Rick Watts

Have we determined which of the two James Greenfields was the spouse of Elizabeth Raymond? If they truly were different people, and if they both were a son of the same father, then the one born later would seem to be the relevant profile as Elizabeth's spouse.

Greenfield-1509 and Greenfield-108 are not ready to be merged because: Obviously same gentleman but needs to clarify his dates with better source before a merge.
