Johann was born in 1827. He was the son of Alois Diethelm and Theresia Market. Saw his name listed as John Joseph Laurentius, John Joseph Anton, Johann Josef Laurenz, & Johann Anton, none of which are sourced.

He passed away in 1884 (psbly in April).
