Biography

Mary Denton was born on November 11, 1805, in Ovid, New York, her father, Renben Denton (1770-1814) and her mother, Hannah Kinne (1743-1847). She married Benjamin Hageman Nevius 30 Nov 1826, Ovid, Seneca, New York. When Benjamin Hageman Nevius die, she then married Chester Eastman (1794–1879) 17 Apr 1832, Ovid, Seneca, New York. She died on June 7, 1900, in Ovid, Seneca, New York and was buried in Ovid Union Cemetery, Ovid, Seneca County, New York.
