On 25 June1699, a Sarah Chadwich was admitted to full communion at the East Church of Watertown, Massachusetts Bay Colony.[1] If she was 13 at this time it would confirm her birth in 1686.

The marriage of Sarah Chadwick of Bradford and John Barker is recorded in the both Andover and Bradford Vital Records. [3][4]
This was the same day that Eunice Chadwick, Sarah's sister, married Samuel Kimball, though the surname of John Barker may be misspelled as Burbank; these marriage records are contiguous [5]
