Biography
Elizabeth was born July 1, 1733 in Wilkes County, North Carolina. Her parents are believed to be William “Beeman” Bean (born 9 December 1702 in St. Stephen’s Parish, Northumberland, Virginia) an Elizabeth Russell (born 1709 Virginia). [1]
Elizabeth married James Fox in Shenandoah Valley, Shenandoah County, Virginia. The exact year of married is uncertain.
The Shenandoah County Library contains a Family Folder collection that includes source documents for Enoch Fox and his parents, James and Elizabeth Fox. [2]
She died on July 1, 1810 in Hopkins County, Kentucky. Buried at St. Charles Cemetery in Hopkins County, Kentucky. [3]
