Andrews-16064 and Andrews-4995 do not represent the same person because: Zephaniah Andrews 1760 born in Bridgewater, Plymouth County, Massachusetts, died Livermore, Maine 1804, and the proposed Zephaniah Andrews born 1800 are father and son, not the same person.
