Raymond was born January 13, 1897 in Belgium. His parents were Louis Julien Andre and Julia Eugenie Therese Bary. Raymond Andre immigrated with his parents and family in 1900 to Oconto, Wisconsin.
He married Lucille Frances Kremers on the 8th of October, 1917 in Portland, Oregon. His brother, Leon Andre married Cecilia Kremers, who was the sister of Lucille Kremers.
Raymond and Lucille had two daughters, Eloise and Marion Renee Andre.
At some point before 1933 Raymond and Lucille were divorced.
The 1940 Census has Raymond listed as age 44, living with 26 year old wife Irene Andre and a 7 year old step daughter named Delores Andre.[1]
He worked at W.P. Fuller & Company in glass blowing and etching for 29 years.[2]
He passed away on April 15th, 1955 in Portland, Oregon.[3]
