Biography

Eugene Andre was born on the 16th of October, 1906 in Blairsville, Pennsylvania. His parents were Louis Julian Andre and Julia E. Bary.

He married Margaret M. Woolf on the 11th of May, 1929 in Vancouver, Washington. Together they had three children, Richard, Yvonne and James Andre.

He passed way on the 25th of November, 1989 in Oregon.^[1]
