Biography
Eloise Andre was born on the 6th of August, 1917 in Portland, Oregon. Her parents were Raymond Eugene Andre and Lucille Francis Kremers. She had one sister, Marion, who was born in 1924.[1]
She had two children, Walter "Wally" Walters and Marilou Walters. They are both deceased but Wally has children and grandchildren living in Oregon.[2]
Eloise passed away in 1987 in Tillamook, Oregon.
