Biography

Arthur Parker Adams was born in 1889 in Hawthorn, Victoria, Australia, the son of Adah Emilie (Parker) Adams (nee Parker) and Alexander James Adams.^[1] His father Alexander died in 1894.^[2][3]

In 1897, he was a page at his aunt Florence's wedding.^[4]

Arthur married Nancy Maslin on 26 March 1919 at the Church of England Grammar School Chapel in South Yarra, Victoria.^[5][6] Their children were:

• Alison Marion Parker Adams (1920–2002)^[7]
• June Parker Adams (1922–1922)^[8]
• Athol Parker Adams (1930–2018)^[9]
• Harold John Parker Adams (1932–2007)^[10][11]

Arthur died in 1955 in Victoria.^[12]
