Family History Library renamed FamilySearch Library

See yesterday's Deseret News for the notice. Deseret.com 

"The name change affects all 5,700 family history center locations across the globe." 

I suspect the zillions of references to one or another "FHL film" will now be to "FSL film ..." --Gene

I would have thought those existing (before the library name change) digital source references were static and not dynamic.

Hi Leigh Anne Dear,

It may depend on how the name is being applied. For example, I have been referring to particular Family History Library films in reference notes--ala, "FHL xxxxxxx, image xxx of xxx."

At least it seems likely those films will become FamilySearch Library films.
