I am wondering how does someone obtain a image of a record listed on Familysearch when you do not have a family history center or an affiliate library close by? I would like to evaluate some of their images for some of my German ancestors such as the one for my 3rd great-grandfather Jakob Knoebel in this image https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:Q1GX-3YN2
The Family History Library has a wonderful offering called Record Lookup Service that's exactly what you need: https://www.familysearch.org/en/family-history-library/family-history-library-records-look-up-service. Click on the REQUEST LOOKUP button near the bottom of that page. Fill in the first page of the form and choose the "Request an image from a film/DGS." option. Continue to fill out the pages.
If the image is available, they'll have it back to you in less than one week. They're restricted from providing many German records, but since this one says it's available in a FHC or Affiliate Library, I believe they'll release it to you. On records where clicking "Check Image Availability" says something about a partner site, those images usually aren't available.
