William was baptized in Barnstable, Massachusetts, on 8 June 1651 (ref__). The Findagrave memorial shows his birth to be 5 Jun 1651. [1] His gravestone images include a close-up but the data needs to be studied in order to verify the transcribed birth record in Findagrave.
He married Esther _____ by 1683 or as early as 1675. She might have been daughter of James Mathews, and sister of Mehitable who married William's brother Benjamin.[2]
Captain William Hall of Mansfield died on 11 June 1727 in Mansfield, Connecticut. Easter Hall, the wife of Captain William Hall, had been recorded in Mansfield earlier that year, on 19 February 1726-7. [3]
