Phebe (Wilson) Bland is a part of US Black heritage.

She had three children with Francis "Frank" Bland: Martha C., Francis A., and Alice Bland.

She lived in Wilkes, Georgia in 1870 and 1880 and Washington, Wilkes, Georgia, United States in 1900.
