Biography

Martha (Bland) Singfield is a part of US Black heritage.

Martha C. Bland was the daughter of Francis Bland and Pheobe Wilson. When she was born about 1854, in South Carolina or Georgia, United States, her father, Francis "Frank" Bland, was 29 and her mother, Phebe Wilson, was 25.

She married George Singfield on 11 August 1870, in Wilkes, Georgia, United States. They were the parents of at least 2 sons and 2 daughters.

She lived in Washington, Wilkes, Georgia, United States in 1900 and Little Rock, Pulaski, Arkansas, United States in 1910.

She died on 14 January 1928, in Pulaski, Arkansas, United States, at the age of 76, and was buried in Haven of Rest Cemetery, Little Rock, Pulaski, Arkansas, United States.
