Alice Bland is a part of US Black heritage.
Alice was born about 1868. She is the adopted daughter of Francis Bland and Pheobe Wilson.[1][2]
She lived in Wilkes, Georgia, United States in 1870 and District 175, Wilkes, Georgia, United States in 1880.
