Lulu Mae (Louie) Williams was born on 10 May 1889 in Alma, Marion County, Illinois, United States, daughter of Christopher Columbus Williams (1856–1919) and Mary Ann Taylor (1865–1944). Louie died on 30 Aug 1970 in Salem, Marion County, Illinois, United States, aged 81.[1]
