Biography

Ephraim Williams, born 16 May 1766 at Stonington, Connecticut, was the ninth child of William Williams and Martha (Wheeler) Williams.

He married twice:

  1. Sarah Potter, 15 Mar 1781 (daughter of John Potter Esq. of Kingston, Rhode Island)
  2. Hepsibeth Phelps, 23 Dec 1787, in Stonington, Connecticut; two children of this union are herein profiled

Ephraim Williams died 6 Jul 1804, age 48, at Stonington, Connecticut. [1] [2]

He is buried in Evergreen Cemetery, Stonington, New London, Connecticut [3]
