Alice Maude Waller was born on 9 March 1892. She was the daughter of Samuel William Waller and Eliza Maria Hughes.
In the 1901 Canada Census, Alice Maud Waller (aged 8) was recorded living with her father Samuel V Waller (57), her mother Eliza Mariah Waller (49) and her siblings Hugh Jocelyn Waller (13) and Katherine Waller (11) at Prince Albert (West/Ouest), Saskatchewan, The Territories[1].
She married Frederick Stuart on 21 June 1912. They had at least five children:
In the 1916 Canada Census of Manitoba, Saskatchewan, and Alberta, Alice Stuart (aged 24) was recorded living with her husband Fred Stuart (30) and their two young children Phyllis Stuart (3) and Kathleen Stuart (11 months) at Rozilee, North Battleford, Saskatchewan. Also in the household was her mother in law Isabella Stuart (67) and 20 year old "help" William Cooke[2].
Her husband Fred died in 1935.
Alice Maude Stuart passed away on 9 August 1979 and was buried at Queen's Park Cemetery and Mausoleum, Calgary, Calgary Census Division, Alberta, Canada[3]. PLOT: O:05:038
