Biography
Anna (Waller) Bayly was born in Ireland.
Anna Selina Waller was born on 24 December 1870[1] and was baptised on 20 January 1871 at St. James, Dublin, Ireland. She was the daughter of Edmund William Waller and Mary Dorothea Stuart Rowan. Notice of her birth was printed on page 1 of the Dublin Evening Post dated 26 December 1870:

Dec. 24, at Conyngham road, the wife of Edmund W Waller, Esq, C E, of a daughter.[2]
She married Captain William Arthur de Warrene Waller (the son of Robert Jocelyn Waller) on 12 January 1893 in Bray, county Wicklow, Ireland[3]. Notice of their marriage was printed on page 30 of the Homeward Mail from India, China and the East dated 17 January 1893:

They had three children during their marriage.
In the 1901 Ireland Census, Anna S Waller (aged 30) was recorded living with her three young children Mary Waller (7 and a Scholar), Hardress Waller (3) and Eric Waller (9 mths) at Wellington, Nenagh Rural, Tipperary. Also in the household were four servants[5].
Her husband William died suddenly on 8 March 1904 at the age of 38.
She married, secondly, Richard Edmund Bayly (the son of John Bayly and Mary Anne Charlotte Barrington) on 9 October 1909 in Rathdown, Ireland [6]. They went on to have two children.
Anna Selina Bayly died on 4 February 1911 at 12 Henry Street, Dublin, aged 40, due to Pneumonia[7]. She was buried at Ballinaclough Cemetery, Ballinaclough, County Tipperary, Ireland[8].

Probate of her Will was granted on 12 June 1911 at Dublin to her brother Arthur Edmund De W Waller, esquire and William A Morton, Medical Doctor[9]. Effects: £2,381 14s. 6d.
