Biography
Maria was baptised on 18 June 1848 in Astbury, Cheshire, England.[1] In the 1851 census Maria (age 5) was the daughter of Levi Thorley in Back Lane Westheath, Congleton, Cheshire, England.[2] In the 1861 census Maria (age 13) was the daughter of Levi Thorley in Astbury, Cheshire, England.[3] Maria married William Malkin on the 3rd October 1864 in Tunstall, Staffordshire. [4]
