Found in The State 09 July 1904: Mrs. Mamie Stebbins, wife of Mr. W. H. Stebbins, died at the home of her sister, Mrs. W. H. Griffin, on Thursday. For some months her health was being graduatlly undermined by consumption, but only of the last week was she confined to her bed. The funeral was conducted from Ebenezer Lutheran church Thursday afternoon at 6 o'clock. The deceased was a daughter of the late F. Schmidt.
