- MARTHA ANNE SAVAGE, daughter of Teackle Taylor Savage & Martha Jane Wade, was born in Hampton,Virginia in 1810, 51years before the American Civil War (James Madison was 4th U.S.President). She married Robert Augustine Armistead, February 28,1828, probably in Hampton. She died in Richmond,Virginia, June 01,1879, age 68, and was buried in Richmond's Hollywood Cemetery (Rutherford B Hayes beginning 3rd year as 19th President)
