- Rev ROBERT AUGUSTINE ARMISTEAD, was born in Hampton,Virginia in 1808, 53 years before the American Civil War (Thomas Jefferson's 7th year as 3rd U.S.President). He married Martha Anne Savage, Feb 28,1828. He died in Richmond,Va in 1891 (Benjamin Harrison's 3rd year as 23rd President). He was buried beside his wife, March 08,1891, in Richmond's Hollywood Cemetery
