Florence Salusbury-Trelawny was a member of the aristocracy in England.

She was the daughter of Sir John Salusbury-Trelawny, 9th Bt. and Harriet Jane Tremayne.^[1]She was born in 1845 at St. Ewe, Cornwall, England,^[2]and baptised on the 14th of Jan 1846, at St. Ewe, Cornwall, England.^[3]She married Sir Jonathan Edmund Backhouse, 1st Bt., son of Edmund Backhouse and Juliet Mary Fox, on the 29th of November 1871.^[1]At St. George Hanover Square, London, England.^[4]She died on the 11th of October 1902 at the age of 57,^[1]citing Death, Darlington, Durham, England.^[5]
