Biography
Chloe was born in 1811 in Virginia. She was the daughter of Edmund Edward Napier and Sarah (Howard) Napier.[1][2]
When Chloe was about 17 she married on 10 January 1828 in Harlan, Kentucky, USA.[3]
In the 1850 census Chloe (age about 39) was living in Kentucky, Clay, Kentucky, USA.[1]
In the 1860 census Chloe (age about 49) was living in Clay, Kentucky, USA. Residence Post Office: Flat Creek.[4]
