Biography
- Sarah Morgan[1]. was born on 22 September 1800 in Monongalia County, Virginia,[2] the second of four known children, all daughters, of James and Dorothy Prickett Morgan.
- On 1 March 1825, when she was twenty-four, she married John Price in Monongalia County.[3]
- Alternate. Marriage. date 28 Feb 1825.[4]

- She bore him five known children, two sons and three daughters, including a daughter whom they named Lavina.
- On 13 May 1884, when she was eighty-three, she died of pneumonia[5] in Marion County, West Virginia.[6]
