Sarah Jane LOWTHER was born in 1856 in Point Nepean, Colony of Victoria[1]. Her parents were William LOWTHER and Elizabeth GUILFOYLE.
Edward WILLIAMS and Sarah Jane LOWTHER were married in 1883 in Colony of Victoria[2].
