Biography

Pierre was born 22 Aug 1785. He was the son of Pierre L'Heureux and Marie Josephte Dompierre. He was baptized the same day in Ste-Famille-de-l'Île-d'Orléans, godparents were Joseph Dompierre and Marie L'Heureux, no signatures. ^[1]

On 8 Nov 1808, in Ste-Famille-de-l'Île-d'Orléans, Pierre L'Heureux adult son of Pierre L'Heureux and Marie Josette Dompierre married Magdeleine Foucher adult daughter of Jacques Foucher and Genevieve Turcot. Witnesses include both fathers, no signature. ^[2]

Pierre L'Heureux, 37 year old husband of Hélene Foucher died in Québec City 25 Feb 1823. He was buried 3 Mar 1823 in Ste-Famille-de-l'Île-d'Orléans. ^[3]
