Biography
When Julia May King was born on 22 January 1866, in Canada, her father, Frederick King, was 43, and her mother, Nancy Crawford, was 43.
She married Francis "Frank" Lamson on 3 January 1881, in Peshtigo, Marinette, Wisconsin, United States [1]. Together they had children Isabelle, Josephine[2], Elizabeth, Jessie, James, Martha[3], Julia, Mary, Gertrude, Alice[4], and William[5].
At some point after the death of Francis Lamson, she had a second marriage to Herman H Hankwitz (1853-1936)[6].
She died on 11 April 1943, in Marinette, Marinette, Wisconsin, United States, at 77, and was buried in Mays Corners Cemetery, May Corner, Marinette, Wisconsin, United States.
