Biography

Florence Maud King was born about 1905 to Richard King and Margaret Cryderman.

Florence appeared in the 1911 Canada Census in Minden Township, Victoria, Ontario. The household included: Richard age 62, occupation farmer; Margaret age 41; Blanche age 14; Florence age 6; Cecil age 4.^[1]

She married Melville Howard in 1924.^{[2] [3]}

Florence appeared in the 1926 Prairie Provinces Census in the Peace River District, Alberta, Canada. The family lived at Section 2, Township 57, Range 7, West of the 5th Meridian in Kitchener Municipality. The household included: Melville age 26; Florence age 21; Hildred age 1, born in Ontario; Louise Boblin age 25 [the entry includes "Mrs." after the name and should be Mrs. Louis Boblin, whose first name was Patricia], born in Hungary; Frederick Boblin age 0, born in Alberta.^[4]

Florence Howard died in 1967 and was buried in South Park Cemetery at Sangudo, Alberta.^[5]
