Biography
Melville was born in 1899 to Henry Howard and Rachel Blowers.[1] He married Florence King in 1924.[2]
In the 1911 census Melvill was the single son of Henry Howard in Ontario North Sub-Districts 1-42, Ontario, Canada.[3]
