Pearl was born October 11, 1884 at the 14 Mile House, St. Margaret's Bay Road, Halifax County, Nova Scotia. She is the daughter of Edwin Hubley and Mary Jane Mosher. At the time of her sister Mabel's wedding registration in 1904, she was a witness. Pearl never married and died April 12, 1976.
Halifax Chronicle Herald April 13, 1976: Pearl Victoria Hubley: Berwick-Pearl Victoria Hubley, 91, of Berwick and formerly of Fourteen Mile House, Five Island Lake, died Monday in Grandview Manor. Born in Fourteen Mile House, she was a Daughter of the late Edwin and Mary Jane (Moser) Hubley. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family. She was predeceased by four sisters and a brother. The body is in the R.D. Lindsay Funeral Home, Halifax, where funeral service will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m., Rev. Nile Thorne officiating. Burial will be in St. Andrews Cemetery, Timberlea.
